Give it natural flair
This is one of the most difficult parts of developing your own translation style.

The reason being is that this step is a product of all that has come before. That is, you don’t simply start being natural in your translation work with the flick of a switch, so to speak. A natural translation style flows from everything you’ve learnt and taken to heart in 3. (A)~(G) above.

By the same token, if you’ve applied the lessons above your work will automatically develop natural flair, without much additional effort. A final once over before submitting your translation will give it that un-mistakable sheen of a convincing translation product that reads and sounds natural.

Now, write the same text in your own words.

Conclusion
Use the suggestions presented here to polish your translation style: given consideration, they will lead to improved results as seen from repeat client requests for your English Japanese translation skills. And, clients should know that translators that follow these basic suggestions will produce quality Japanese translation that meets their requirements.
